Stream Deck plugin

The KickBot plugin for the Elgato Stream Deck puts Kick controls on your keys. With one press you can make a clip, send a chat message, turn slow mode or subs-only chat on and off, clear the chat, or skip a TTS message. You install the plugin from the Elgato Marketplace and connect it with your Stream Deck key from kickbot.com/dashboard/settings.

The plugin runs on Windows 10 or later and macOS 10.11 or later, with the Stream Deck app version 5.0 or later.

  • You need a KickBot account with your Kick channel connected. See create your account.
  • KickBot must be a moderator in your channel. Every action runs through the KickBot account in your chat. See add KickBot as a moderator.
  • Only the channel owner and admins can see the Stream Deck key.
  1. Install the Stream Deck app from elgato.com if you do not have it yet.
  2. Open the KickBot plugin on the Elgato Marketplace and install it.
  3. Open the Stream Deck app. A KickBot category shows in the list of actions on the right.
  1. Open kickbot.com/dashboard/settings, or click Account in the left menu, then Settings.
  2. Go to the Stream Deck group. Click Show to see your API key, or click Copy to copy it.
